HI I'M JULIA OH.

Throughout my fitness journey, I found myself endlessly googling ways to lose weight, how to get your abs, best workout to get bigger glutes, etc only to be left more confused and even more lost. It felt as if I knew what I'm supposed to be doing but I had no idea how to go about this or how to get started.

But I also know what it feels like to eat a super restricted diet and getting frustrated because you are not seeing any results or because it is not sustainable.

This is where I come in. As a certified personal trainer with an undergraduate degree in psychology and physiology I can help turn your dreams into action. My goal is to make fitness a lifestyle and help you achieve your dream goal so that you can be the best version of yourself. I will show you that fitness and working out can be and IS enjoyable.

I offer 8 or 12 week coaching programs (with flexibility) where you will receive weekly check-ins and accountability calls to closely monitor your daily progress and to SUPPORT YOU FULLY ALONG THE WAY.

In addition, you have the option to do weekly video call personal training sessions where I will coach you through your exercises and HYPE YOU UP during your workout.

*For all my Vancouver peeps, I offer in person personal training sessions (however space is limited so please specify in your application form if you are interested)

I believe working out should be fully enjoyable and catered to exercises you enjoy and make you feel good. So if there is an exercise you don’t like then no worries we will find something that works better for you.

This customized workout program is 100% formulated around your goals, your body and your time. I understand you are busy and don’t have 5 days a week to work out. This program will ensure you feel motivated every time to start your workout and leave you feeling accomplished afterwards.

You’ve probably heard the phrase “abs are made in the kitchen” a 100 times but that is because it is true. No matter how hard you train in the gym if you are not conscious of what you are eating, it will be very hard to see any progress.

Alongside your weekly fitness check-ins, you will also receive nutrition evaluations. I want to clarify that I do not write nutrition programs but instead I will give pointers, guidance and support around how you can improve your nutrition to help reach your goals in the most sustainable way possible.

I do not believe in cutting out foods cold turkey. If you like ice cream then why cut it out. Instead we will work together to eat mindfully and consciously so you can maintain a good relationship with food.

As your online coach, the last thing I want is to leave you in the dark. I want to make this experience feel as close to “in person” as possible.

In order to achieve that, I offer 24/7 WhatsApp Support so that I can be there right next to you every step of the way. If you are unsure how to perform an exercise or you feel unmotivated to do your daily workout, just shoot me a message and I will troubleshoot all your fitness & nutrition problems with you.
