guys! whether you are working out or not STAYING HYDRATED IS SO IMPORTANT. Up to 60% of our body is literally just water – our cells that make up tissues that make up organs NEED water to process and do what they do. So just like how when we don’t water plants they dry up, so do our cells (obviously not LITERALLY but you get the point).

If that doesn’t convince you to drink more water, here are some more additional facts:
