You’ve probably heard the phrase “abs are made in the kitchen” a 100 times but that is because it is true. No matter how hard you train in the gym if you are not conscious of what you are eating, it will be very hard to see any progress.
Alongside your weekly fitness check-ins, you will also receive nutrition evaluations. I want to clarify that I do not write nutrition programs but instead I will give pointers, guidance and support around how you can improve your nutrition to help reach your goals in the most sustainable way possible.
I do not believe in cutting out foods cold turkey. If you like ice cream then why cut it out. Instead we will work together to eat mindfully and consciously so you can maintain a good relationship with food.
